Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can folow your package every step of the way.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at sadiemariedesign@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we recieve your retunred item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes! We're happy to offer exhancges for different sizes or items of equal value. Please contact us at sadiemariedesign@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery to start the exchange process. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Products

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit if you are in between sizes. All products are unisex.

Are your items true to size?

Most of our items are true to size, but fit can vary slightly by style.

How should I care for my products?

We suggest machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low or air drying to maintain quality for our t-shirts and hoodies. Avoid harsh detergents. For our cups hand wash is preferable, do not put in dishwasher.
